Toyota Prepares to Unleash the Prius v

Toyota sure has an interesting way of marketing new models to us. The new Toyota "people person" ad features a giant human that is literally made out of smaller people, who soon break apart upon discovering the incredible new lineup of Prius models that is on its way to dealerships like Beaman Toyota. The new Prius lineup really is something to be excited for, especially when you consider what it means for the automotive world as a whole.
Toyota's ability to generate interest in green commuting is greatly bolstered by creating a Toyota Prius for every taste out there. With the Toyota Prius lineup, they're doing just that. And, with that, we'd like to take a minute to go over the one of the newest additions that will be gracing the lineup of Toyota hybrid models, the Toyota Prius v
The Toyota Prius v is a big sibling, if you will, to the Toyota Prius. It rests on a larger platform, and it is perfectly capable of seating five fully grown people in complete comfort. Of course, with all of that extra room, a little more horsepower maybe in order under the hood. This comes in the form of a new 80 horsepower gas-powered engine, which produces up to 134 horsepower and 153 lb.-ft. of torque, when backed up by 2 electric motors.
Overall, the new Toyota Prius v may not be as powerful as some of the other vehicles you'll find on the road today, but it is roomier, more comfortable, and it is larger (cubically speaking) than the competitions' crossover models. To be fair though, we know there is only one reason you're interested in the Toyota Prius, no matter what variant, and that is to save some money on gas. And, even with all of that extra power and room, Prius v has been officially rated at 44 mpg city, 40 mpg highway.
Of course, if you prefer to stick to the original, you can take the ever-popular Toyota Prius, or any other new Toyota, for a test drive here at 1525 Broadway (Downtown Nashville) Nashville, TN 37203 today. Test drives can be arranged by either dialing (888) 224-8350 or by submitting a contact form online.
Or, if you'd rather simply do a little reading on your next potential new or used Toyota model before ever taking even one step onto our lot then make sure to load up our online inventory and showroom pages today.
