**Official Rules & Regulations**
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this promotion.
1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Beaman Toyota, located at 343 Harding Place, Nashville, TN 37211 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open only to legal residents of Tennessee who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Beaman Toyota, Beaman Collision Center, and Beaman Auto Distribution are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited.
Entrants who win any drawing are not eligible for subsequent drawings, regardless of whether the prize offered changes.
3. How to Enter
To participate, entrants must:
Fill out and submit the online entry form, and
Physically come to Beaman Toyota, during regular business hours, to pick up their $10 Taco gift card (the “Gift Card”).
The Gift Card must be picked up in person only at the dealership’s front desk.
No gift cards will be mailed, emailed, or delivered by any other method.
Only one (1) entry per phone number and/or email address is permitted.
Only one (1) $10 Taco gift card may be redeemed per phone number and/or email address.
Submission of the online form alone does not complete entry—entrants must pick up their gift card in person to be included in the prize drawing.
4. Prize Drawing
All entrants who successfully pick up their Gift Card will automatically be entered into a drawing for a $250 gift card to a local taco restaurant (the “Prize”).
The Prize must also be picked up in person at the dealership. It will not be mailed or electronically delivered.
5. Winner Selection and Verification
Two (2) potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
THE POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR.
AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL THEY HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND NOTIFIED THAT THE VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.
The potential winner must comply with all terms of these Official Rules and may be required to present identification and sign an eligibility affidavit or other documentation. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning the Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received, which includes only entrants who have picked up their $10 gift card in person.
7. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries or for any technical failures that may affect participation.
Gift cards are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and no substitutions will be offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
8. Release & Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any claim or liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance, receipt, or use of any prize.
9. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is used solely for administration of the giveaway and will not be sold or shared except as required to fulfill the promotion.
10. Winner Announcement
The verified winner will be contacted using the phone number or email provided on the entry form. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure accurate contact information.
