On-line Contest Offers Participants Three Ways to Win

 

June 15, 2011 - Torrance, Calif. - Pay off your credit card? Support your favorite charity? Take your grandparents skydiving? Toyota Financial Services ("TFS") wants to know what recent college grads would do with an extra $1,000 cash in their pocket. To find out, TFS announced the launch of its on-line college essay contest in which eligible participants are asked to write an essay (of 100 words or less) describing how they might use the money.

North American vehicle production levels are expected to return to 100 percent in September, Toyota said today. Production is recovering earlier than originally anticipated following the March 11 earthquake and tsunami in Japan.

On average, current production has improved to more than 80 percent through August. Eight of the company's 12 North American-built models returned to 100 percent production on June 6.
