It feels like the world completely changed in the span of a couple months when COVID-19 first hit. We all changed how we did just about everything. And even though things are looking a bit more normal again, the last thing anyone wants is to go back to how it was during the initial outbreak. Our teams have come up with some steps we’ve implemented at Beaman Toyota to do our part to prevent another shutdown and mass wave of COVID-19.
At Beaman Toyota, we want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience while shopping for their next Toyota. Please take a moment to read through the preventative measures we’ve taken for in-person shopping!
Preventative Steps Taken at the Dealership
Effective immediately, our dealership has implemented the following steps to ensure a healthy environment for all guests:
Any business is going to have several high-touch areas, but dealerships definitely have many you’ll likely come into contact with during your visit. To help keep the spread low, we’ve instructed our janitorial staff to continuously clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces like tables, lobbies, door handles, restrooms, van shuttle seats, phones, and more, throughout the day.
While we have our cleaning crews working overtime, we can’t clean everything you touch. There are several items that you may handle during your visit that we can not cover. So we’ve also placed hand sanitizing stations around our showroom and office areas. We highly recommend finding them after handling items like keys, pens, clipboards, etc.
Right now, it’s important to remain at home if you are feeling sick. The last thing we want is for those showing symptoms to be the cause of further spread. We’ve already mandated our staff to stay home if they are experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms.
The steps we are taking moving forward have been inspired by the advice being provided to the public from trusted organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
We always want to provide a carefree and safe environment where you can shop for a new Toyota in peace. We don’t want anyone having to worry about contracting COVID-19 during their visit. Which is why these precautionary measures will remain in place until further notice.
What We Can Offer You Outside of the Dealership

Shopping online has become the go-to choice for many during COVID-19 and even before. However, there are some limitations where features are involved. There are some things that are typically exclusive to in-person shopping. That being said, there are some features that should be included regardless if you are shopping online or at the dealership, like being able to test drive a car, receive your new car, and take care of service appointments. That’s exactly what Beaman Toyota is aiming to do!
Our teams worked day and night to come up with a way to bring these features home to those who choose to shop online because of COVID-19. We don’t want you to have to risk your health just to enjoy the full shopping experience with us. So now, we can say with full confidence that even if you are shopping online, you can now enjoy all Beaman Toyota has to offer with the new car delivery service, and our service pick-up program.
Our new car delivery program is exactly what it sounds like. It allows you to relax at home and take care of the entire buying process on your computer. Once that car is officially yours, one of our team members will be by to deliver your brand new car! As for the service pick-up program, you’ll be able to go about your day and still have our expert technicians do their best work on your car. Just schedule whatever service you need and one of our staff will swing by to pick up your car. Once we’re all done working on it, we’ll drop it back off to you cleaned and disinfected!

At Home Test Drive*
Shopping online for just about anything is a gamble. With clothes, you don’t know if they’ll fit right, electronics might not work as you expect, and cars might not feel as good as they look. However, our teams have eliminated the risk of shopping for a car online with the creation of the At-Home Test Drive at Beaman Toyota!
With the new At-Home Test Drive, you can schedule to try out any car you find in our inventory. Once you make the request, someone will be in touch with you to confirm the details before coming to you with the car of your choice. While you have access to the car, you have the freedom to drive it around wherever you want. If you want to move forward with the car once you’re done, just let us know. Otherwise, we’ll take it back to the dealership for you and you can try out another car!
